CreditCards.com surveyed 107 of the top electric, gas and water companies from across the United States in November 2007. Our researchers called the companies or visited their Web sites for information on availability of online payment methods and credit and debit card acceptance. These companies send out more than 62 million bills a month to customers nationwide.
