Marriott Bonvoy Business American Express Card loses Boingo Wi-Fi perk

In March of last year, American Express increased the annual fee for the Marriott Bonvoy Business™ American Express® Card, following a slew of other changes related to the official launch of the united Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

The most recent change to the Bonvoy Business went into effect on Dec. 31, 2019. In the new year, cardholders no longer have access to Boingo Wi-Fi hotspots for free as part of their card membership. While this perk was hardly the most valuable benefit the card had to offer, its loss still represents a potential loss in value.

Is the card still worth $125 per year?
